Nick and I drove to Provo for Jorgen's graduation from Brigham Young University. He graduated from the college of Life Sciences with a degree in Exercise Sciences, a pre-med focus. He and his cute little family will be moving to Mesa, Arizona in June to begin medical school at A.T. Still School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. We are so excited to welcome them to the desert and closer to us.

Jorgen tore his achilles tendon a week before graduation, had surgery the day before and will be on crutches for many weeks, then a walking boot for many more weeks. Long recovery time!
I believe there are some things in life that require a long recovery time. Repentance, forgiveness, ridding ourselves of the "natural man," becoming new "creatures," to name a few. Perhaps just coming to earth is a period of recovery as we, with patience, grow line upon line in order to return once again to our heavenly home.
